Emma’s husband John, also features in the documentary.
He said the first time he met Emma’s parents, he was dressed up as a nun.
“I happened to have a stag do that day,” he said.
“As people know, you’re usually dressed up in something really stupid [for a stag do] and my set-up that night was a nun.”
He said Emma liked to help people.
“She went above and beyond, done stuff she didn’t need to do because she was happy to help,” John said.
“She was my best mate. She’ll be sorely missed by everybody, I’m pretty sure.”
Roberts added: “Emma meant so much to so many people, and we hope this programme is a fitting tribute to an extraordinary person.”
